Came in today to buy some leggings for my 7yo daughter and as I step in the store no one bother to smile or acknowledge us (eventhough two people at the counter saw us came in). Good choices of leggings thou but service sucks! Im Asian and Im pretty sure theyre thinking Im not gonna buy anything. I am happy with my purchase of two leggings but word of advice do not expect to get a smile or hello when you come in here!

I went into the store for the first time to compare the swim wear that I had saw on the website for a anniversary trip and to make sure the website I went on was legitimate because it wouldn't let me use paypal and I was concerned about fraud. First of all I was next in line and the manager blatantly ignored me so one of the young women helped me instead and I asked my question about the paypal concern.The young lady was unsure so she asked the manager why paypal wasn't able to be used, she dismissively walked past without acknowledging me.and rudely stated "No one has ever asked that question!" I was confused as to why she was do rude other than maybe the color of my skin but I refuse to be defeated in any situation so I stayed and let another sweet young woman help me out. I'm disappointed by the experience and have never been treated this way at any other Bellevue store!
