On my way from work I walked in to ask a quick question about a settings issue bugging me since I'd changed my batteries four months ago. Found three men in early morning conversation. They were immediately very welcoming, heard my question and referenced me to Tony the service guy standing there. He immediately offered to step outside and take a quick look at the issue which he solved in less than ten seconds. Grateful I reflect how often I've eschewed Dealerships for the mid-size franchise mech shops and that every time my experience has been better at the dealership. I had to call back to relay my utmost appreciation to Tony and Colonial VW. I am much disposed/very likely to future business encounters with these specialist.

My wife is expecting so we needed to upgrade our Tiguan. The dealership we had been with was not willing to work with us at all since we were under water on our loan and quite frankly I was done with them anyways. In all honesty I was done with VW but I asked a buddy of mine who's in the business for a recommendation and he gave me Andy's number, one of the principals of VW of Newtown. I stopped in and within 5 minutes of talking to Andy I knew this was someone that I want to do business with. It was clear they don't want to just sell you a car they want to become your dealership for your next 10 cars. Not only were they considerate of my time they were extremely upfront about what I could expect and what they were trying to do. When it was all said and done Andy gave us significantly more for our trade in than the dealership we actually purchased it from, he discounted the car and gave me several options to choose from. We decided on an option for a beautiful new Tiguan and an extremely friendly and knowledgable associate walked me through the features and made sure to let me know if I ever have questions that I can always call or text him. This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership and I plan on getting an Atlas from them in a couple of years. This is a 10 star operation.

My new car purchase experience was top notch! I don’t usually enjoy dealerships when shopping for new vehicles, but this was simple and easy, i knew what I wanted and the price was right!! Shane Cahill was my salesman, very professional and courteous. Go see these guys for your new or used volkswagen!! After all, its the peoples car!

I'd put no stars if i could .For starters the kids at the dealership ( young kids usually ) cannot drive stick shift . On numerous occasions , I've watched there employees stall my car front in front of me trying to get it into the garage . I took my car 2015 TDI here explaining it randomly doesn't start , and they told me no theirs no issues ,after speaking with the man Chad in service, it sounds as though all they did was check the car with the scan tool , even after i explained that there was no lights showing up on the dash . I FEEL AS THOUGH A BETTER INSPECTION OF THE CAR SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED, ESPECIALLY WITH WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU AT THE DEALERSHIP. needless to say. two days later the car.. doing the same thing it went into the shop for... left me stranded an hour and a half from home . A $200 towing bill later , I've taken the car to a different dealership . very unhappy .
