Buying a car is beyond stressful... but everyone here is so friendly and welcoming! We bought our little used Mazda from this location and it was such a great experience and fast too! John, our sales rep, was so friendly and helpful- didn’t pressure us at all! When we were dealing with Taylor in the finance department, he made sure to explain everything to us and got us taken care of in no time, made us feel comfortable with our decision. Last but absolutely not least...the manager was very attentive and extremely helpful. They sure have the top notch customer service you want from a dealership!! I will definitely come here again for our next vehicle.

Took my Q5 in last week due to a check engine light. I was greeted by Vernon right away. He made my experience feel right at home. He answered all questions and concerns I had giving me peace of mind. Kept me up to date with all that was going on. Very pleased that Vernon went above and beyond for me. As far as the dealership, this place is very clean and modern. Waiting area has plenty of seats to accommodate several people while enjoying watching TV on a big screen. Not to mention the plenty of snacks and beverages they have available. There’s an Audi dealership near me but I will go out of my way to go to Audi of Grapevine for their exceptional service. Keep up the good work you guys are doing great!

I’ve had some high end cars and I’ve gotten accustom to the “royal” treatment, as I like to call it. Grapevine Audi takes it a step above that! Very impressed with the friendly, professional staff and love when I pull into the garage I see my name on the monitor and someone is standing there to greet me. No sitting in the car waiting. I give only the highest for scores to this Audi location. At pick up I was given a full report card on my vehicle, it was clean and ready...again no waiting, unlike other places. Excellent Grapevine Audi....Chris was my rep....I will ask for him next time, he was great at keeping me posted of my cars status/progress.

This place is the most amazing car dealership I've ever been to.  Everyone was so nice and wonderful.  Their customer service is the BEST ever!!  I was only buying a used car, not even an Audi and they treated us SO amazing.  I will definitely buy another car there because of the service I received.  Thank you John and Jeff!!  AMAZING

Audi of Grapevine made it very easy for me to negotiate the deal on my vehicle.  They answered my questions and always got back to me as promised.  My sales person, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable about my SQ5 and did a great job demonstrating many of its features.  I have purchased/leased many vehicles through Audi of Grapevine.  Their service department is great too.
