This is not a bad dealership nor is it a great one. You will need to compartmentalize the experience into 3 parts, the sale, the service and the car. The sales process was very smooth, not untowardly pushy and the salesman was very polite. I think he was the son of the owner. The service was terrible, mostly i think it's because of scheduling, Ford and Lincoln use the same technicians, and there are more Fords than Lincolns, so you dont really get any better service, it's Ford standard, unlike say Lexus - Toyota. The most irritating part of the service was how clueless they were of their own product, A/C stopped working and it took them 2 weeks to figure out. 4 open recalls on the car and they still dont know when replacement parts will come in. The dashboard gearshift panel was changed and it took another week for them to replace it correctly. The first time they messed it up. Complimentary car washes were not done properly, especially for a so called premium product. Now to the car, I enjoyed the car for the most part, it was sluggish, it had poor gas mileage and probably wasnt worth the car payment if you consider the competition. There was a lot of tire slippage while driving normally and it got worse in wet conditions. However the gear shift, the A/C , the plush seats ,music system and instrumentation panel were very nice. I would not buy another Lincoln, however I would buy another Ford and from this dealership. Ford's premium product sadly isn't truly premium, it's just a slightly improved and badge engineered Ford.

Grapevine Ford is horrible, this dealership is a little better than their same lot neighbor. Hooks Lincoln is absolutely fabulous and I recommend them over Grapevine Lincoln any day of the week. The only reason why I have to come here is for the Zaktech re-application every 6 months

This review is primarily for the car I got from Grapevine Lincoln. I was hit head on by a drunk driver around the 4th of July...both of my small children with me. My MKC quite literally saved our lives. We shouldn't have walked away from that wreck but we all did and only sustained minor injuries! Highly recommended Lincoln to anyone.

They simply don't care. (The service department) Unprofessional and confused. My New Lincoln MKS needed 5 things to be done. They keep bushing my appointment week after week because I need a black car as a loaner. After 3 weeks the valet shows up with a red/orange weird color car. And when I called they tell me the black cars are out and they only have a red. Even though it says clearly on the notes that I have been waiting for a black car all these weeks. Just a waste of time

I purchased a new MKC 3 weeks ago and I DID have a positive experience. My sales pro was Bob Dean. The only bad part was when one man tried to upsell the "warranty" packages that would have tagged another (at least) 2k to the bottom line. Love my car, but not looking forward to the service department after reading the terrible reviews!
