Always a great experience at Texas Nissan of Grapevine.  I took my car in for service and as was going to leave the house the car wouldn't start.  The battery wasn't working, I was surprised.  Wouldn't you know when the warranty had just run out by 500 miles and the battery dies.  After I got to Nissan I told them not to turn off the car because it won't start again.  They checked out the battery and found it had a bad cell.  Levi, the service rep that always took care of my car, called me and said they replaced the battery at no charge since I was a loyal customer.  Texas Nissan of Grapevine has always, always provided excellent service and I recommend them highly.

Everything with James Carr went very smooth. He gave me all the answers i need with very specific detail! The whole outcome was great!! As a whole, from the the sales process to the finance process everything was exceptional! Luis Rico was also a very big help, he believes in treating people like family and made sure that the car i purchased was safe not only for me but for my daughter! Thank you everyone at Texas Nissan of Grapevine!!!!

Our salesman, Gary Hunt, made us very comfortable both days of our process to purchase a used Rogue. He was professional while being polite and not pushy. Gary, though new at this dealership, was extremely patient and made sure that all information was clear. All other personnel were friendly and helpful. We are thrilled to have done business at Grapevine Nissan for several years. Thanks to Gary Hunt, we drove away in our Rogue with smiles on our faces.

My salesman Clinton was extremely professional and courteous.  He made sure he understood our needs and was sure to meet them.  Both him and the Sales Manager gave us exactly what we were looking for.  After the sale Anna helped us with the features in our new vehicle and she also was extremely professional, kind and patient.   
This is a dealership that does not waste your time.

David was great from start to finish. He never made me feel rushed and wasn't pushy whatsoever. He made me feel comfortable looking at different cars and helped me find the one that fit every single one of my needs. He is good kid with a bright future. Nissan of Grapevine is great option, i highly recommend them to anyone.
