My sales process went great which is why they get 2 stars but I was sold a product that wasn't available for a business owned vehicle. No biggie. I got the letter from the GAP company saying they were sending the dealer a refund in March of this year. Months go by and I never hear from the dealer, never see the refund. I called to find out and was told they didn't get the check. Called the GAP company and they said yes, in fact they did get the check and they cashed it in March. Suddenly the check is located and I'm told it will be sent to the finance company. I asked Shelly very clearly to make sure that they payment would be an adjustment to the original loan balance (that way I get the interest back that has been accrued for the policy I SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SOLD ANYWAYS) and she said that's how it will be done, and sent the payment electronically. Of course, it was sent as a loan payment and I'm credited the amount MINUS INTEREST to the loan balance. A PAYMENT AND A LOAN ADJUSTMENT ARE NOT THE SAME THING! I have since called and left multiple message for Shelly to fix her mistake and she will not return my call. Safe to say I will not be buying another vehicle from Classic Chevy since their back end office is obviously not capable of fixing their mistakes. I have waited patiently for 6 months for them to fix this on their own and now I've had to make a dozen calls only for them to not do what they said they would. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Work on my car took 2x longer than it should have. I had the same work done on my car at James Wood and they got my car out in 3 weeks. Classic had my car for almost 2 months. Work on my vehicle did not even start until about a month after my car was there. They did not keep me informed for most of the time my car was there. When I finally made the appointment to pick up my car, they pulled it up and my ABS lights were on. I then had to drive to a rental place and take the time to make another trip out there a few days later. They knew 2 days in advance that I was coming to get my car and should have made sure everything was good to go before I made the trip there. They did pay for my rental car and gas however.

I mean, the dealer I spoke to was fine but they talked me out of buying a car from them. I ended up buying my car elsewhere because they had been so adamant about me not buying it or even really talking about price points. Very strange experience. They were knowledgeable about the cars but as soon as prices came up they basically shut the conversation down. I don’t know, if that’s the experience you like, then full speed ahead I suppose.

Extremely good experience. Our salesman, Ken Knezek, listened thoroughly to what we wanted in a vehicle and was able to offer us a car that fit our needs exactly. There was no high pressure just great service. I would recommend Ken to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Brenden Hinds at the Collision Center was my advisor, they repaired a boo-boo on my 2017 Suburban beautifully. It was done a day earlier than expected, and they also adjusted the doors to be more flush (warranty). It's fantastic work, like it never happened!! Plus, they send out regular emails on the status of the repair as they go daily. They staff is extremely courteous and this is the third time I've used them. I highly recommend them for your GM vehicle. Body work isn't cheap, but if you want an excellent job- go here.
