I bought my first Subaru (used) here on Saturday and it was the best experience I could have ever expected. Thanks to Landon, who handled EVERYTHING, the process was seamless. He was beyond personable, had all the paperwork ready for me, showed me around the dealership (which is pristine), and showed me all the neat features of my new car. If you ever want to get into a Subaru, Landon is your guy!

I was in the process of trying to negotiate for a used vehicle but then I got completely ignored by the salesman Frankie and Nick from financing. No one returned my repeated calls and voicemails. I still haven't gotten my voicemail or calls returned since last friday 02/23/18. Vehicle wasn't listed on website shortly after they stopped returning my calls so if it was purchased before me no one had the decency to inform me about it and could've saved me from wasting my time. This whole process was done over phone and online I'm from a different city and was looking for a particular vehicle but if I would've known that was all going to be for nothing I wouldn't even had bothered with this dealership.

My parents took their Suburu Crosstrek to get their first oil change done. Turns out, this dealer put too much oil in. About a month or so later, they started to hear a loud knocking sound and took it into the original purchasing dealer, Hiley Suburu. Hiley reported too much oil was put in. Come on guys, you’re the dealer. Cross your T’s and dot your I’s. 

The only reason they went to Grapevine Suburu was because they were up that way. Hiley has been a breeze to deal with.  I will say they have been very apologetic but hopefully they fix this lack of detail in the future.

Had Lee as my salesman and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Listened to what i was looking for in a vehicle and in payments. Made me an offer that didn't insult my intelligence, and reached agreeable terms without having to haggle all day. Recommend these guys to everyone.
