This new location is merely steps from the previous location. Audi's new lineup is very well showcased within the primary showroom as there is plenty of space available within the new showroom. The staff is excellent. I love the service bays and the service area in general. It's simply modern. The light box zone from where your newly purchased Audi is delivered from, is very unique to the luxury car delivery system that I have ever come across. It's perfect for photographing your car prior to driving away.

My first experience at Audi Oakville was great from the start, we meet Etienne and he went over and above to show my wife and I all the features Audi has to offer (she was against Audi from the beginning) Etienne showed my wife all the features in an S3, he even gave us a tour of the dealership and made us feel comfortable being there with no pressure. We ended up not buying from Audi Oakville and purchased used elsewhere as they didn’t have a CPO S3. 
I’m now coming to Audi Oakville for my service and they are fantastic and Laura is my favourite by far. It’s like we have been friends for years when I come in. I highly recommend and will be buying my wife’s Audi here in the future thanks to Etienne he’s made her an Audi enthusiast!

Recently purchased an Audi Q7. I had to visit the dealership few times before finalizing the decision and every time met with Etienne with great smile on his face and a welcoming gesture. I have also compared the quote with other Audi dealers, despite slightly variation in pricing (which was marginal), the excellent service wins at the end. The credit goes to Etienne ofcource. He is well informed about the products and despite how many questions I have asked about the car, he always provided up to date and most accurate answers. He fulfilled all commitments he made at the time of finalizing the deal and delivered everything as promised. I will recommend Audi Oakville to all my family and friends, and highly recommend Ethienne for any future Audi purchase.

We have bought two vehicles at Audi Oakville and will more than likely buy another.  Ryan is great.  He is always available and willl answer any questions you have quickly. We couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and Ryan’s help.  If you are planning or thinking of buying an Audi call Ryan.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a car from this dealership. I bought a used Honda Civic but the staff treated me as if I had purchased the nicest car in the show room. 

My sales person, Shane Segal did not use high pressure sales tactics to get me to buy a vehicle. He treated both my girlfriend and I with respect. The staff at the dealership where organized with positive attitudes.

All in all, this was a dream car buying experience. I will definitely return for my next car purchase.
