We just exchanged our BMW X1 for a new one at Budd's in Hamilton as our lease expired. Blair Diamond has been terrific to deal with throughout the process and made the transition seamless and enjoyable. The Budd's staff were always welcoming, friendly and professional. We would highly recommend buying a vehicle here, especially with Blair.

Mark Garner (Service Advisor) and Bill (Service Manager) are two wonderful folks you can always count on. I was at this dealership service department to fix a suspension fault on my 2012 Ranger Rover HSE and these two men stepped in and got the problem solved. I would recommend them to anyone going to this location for any repairs. Not only was Mark readily available via email and phone, he was constantly sending updates that made my day stress free :)

Great experience .. My vehicle had an issue that was not exactly covered in warranty but was caused due to a negligence at other BMW service center. Buds BMW was very professional and handled the matter on my behalf. They inspected the vehicle and explained me the issue in detail , which made me contact the other service center. In the end BMW Canada looked after the issue at their expense and Budds BMW were very helpful in handling the matter on my behalf. Loved the experience and honesty!

Great car. Only disappointment prevent you from getting 5 star review was cigarette outlets inside the car were not working because of blown fuses. I wasted half day bringing the car back to you. The car should be thoroughly checked before discharged to customer (this is the third car I bought from you). The service was going to charge me on this repair even it was not my fault. Your sale representative, Mushtaq, was excellent. That is why I bought all cars from him.

Great sales department skills horrible service department skills an outright nasty customer service skills. My family and I have been Budds customers since 2000 their sales department sure can sell you a BMW but there service department makes you regret it each time you have to bring it in for service. We have had four 3 Series, one x5 and 2 M vehicles. We have had numerous issues with the service department followed up with poor customer skills dealing with the problems. On our most recent visit again with another issue with the service department they're fixed operations manager told us to take our x5m and our business to another facility which is still under warranty. That was his customer service skills in full effect, he said the general manager would be in contact with us and no contact has been made in well over a month. Great customer service skills I guess.
