Phone number for mini service lands you on MINI which ask you to press 2 for the MINI service which redirects you to BMW service which has you wait 5 min to tell you no this is BMW we are transferring you to mini then you end up in a voicemail. Don't waste time calling back. Also charged me 500$ for REAR PADS replacement! A $250 job anywhere else in the world. Just avoid.

Service was terrible. The sales person was not helpful and was quite insulting. Told us he wouldn’t hold the car for a day so we ended up buying from mini downtown. Highly recommend mini downtown for those looking for a better dealership. 100x better service, you will leave enjoying your new car.

We drive from another city just to come to the Oakville location. We usually deal with Tara who is fantastic but there is another gentleman there we have dealt with as well, who was also very friendly and helpful unfortunately I don't recall his name. They always call us and explain any issues our car is having and work with us to get the best solution. We won't take our Mini anywhere else. Thanks Mini Oakville!

I have to thank so very much to Tara and all the mechanics for the great job they've done in our car(even nowing that we didn't bought the car there) and specially for care so much about us as customers always making dure that we are satisfied. Great customer service. Thank you so very much for everything. We recommend this place to all MINI OWNERS
