Welcome to Budds' Imported Cars, Ontario’s oldest and most established Jaguar and Land Rover dealer.

Budds’ – a name that is synonymous with quality service in Southern Ontario. In fact our motto “the family business that service built” is a testament to the commitment that our family-owned shops have been providing to each and every customer since we opened in 1973. There are two parts to the car business: cars and business. From the Budds’ perspective, the business is enjoyable but it’s the cars that are the stars.

As a previous owner of a couple Jaguar Cars I have finally got my husband into the dealership today. We walked around looking at the cars...waited for staff to at least acknowledge us ... only for staff to be busy on their phone or otherwise totally ignoring us. Staff should take lessons from Mercedes-Benz in Burlington about how to greet and service perspective customers.

Updated 21st Feb 2018: Changed the rating due to no call back regarding an issue. Left several voice mails for the service manager as well a service advisor who promised to have the service manager call me and never did. Can't get anyone on the phone to talk to about an issue. Very good at taking the money but not at solving an issue. Original review : - Great service from Tyler. Explained everything clearly.

Just picked up our 3rd Range Rover Autobiography last week from Budd's. The entire purchase experience has been excellent thanks to our sales agent Cornel. Great car and great service!

I'm writing this to share an experience that is so disappointing its actually embarrassing on so many levels. I purchased my 2017 Range rover full size in Toronto, however I recently moved close to the Oakville budds. So when my windshield cracked unexpectedly I would obviously bring it to my local Range rover dealership, which would hopefully soon be my go to dealership for my future Range rover purchases. When I brought in my car I asked the sales associate Jonathan if I could take a look at the new 2018's. He was reluctant to help me because he saw me pull up in a new Range rover, probably thinking I wouldn't be buying another one. I then asked if someone could go over some of the features such as self drive for my current model and he said I should go to the place I purchased it from and get them to show me. Anyways, Carly who booked my appointment did not take my number correctly. So when my car was ready I did not receive a phone call. I end up calling 15 mins to close and Tyler answered the phone. I asked why no one had called me. He figured out it was a mistake with my number and now they were about to close so no one could send a car to pick me up. I told him I would get in a cab and come over right away, and to wait for me. He said sorry we're closing and no one is going to wait for you. I told him I need to speak to the manager. Bill them took the phone and said he would wait for me. I get there 3 minutes after close and there are still people there; I paid for the windshield and walk out to my car. I immediately notice a scratch on the passenger fender. I walk the entire car and there is another scratch on the drivers door. I am livid at this moment. Bill comes outside and he says he's sorry And he'll book me an appointment to have the scratches fixed. My husband checked the windshield when he got home and noticed the seal around the glass is not straight and not even completely around the windshield. We called the next day and the lady who answered said we should take it up with Apple auto glass repair. I asked to speak with Bill and he said he would talk to the Apple shop owner and get back to us on a solution. Btw; Apple is a 3rd party repair company they sent it to to do the windshield. Why am I entrusting Budds with my $160k+ car if they are sending it some other shop that I have no knowledge of. I end up bringing my car in to have the scratches fixed, and after an entire day without my car I get it back and they only fixed the scratch on the drivers door. The incompetence of every department in this Budds location is just sad. This all happened Mar 23, I came in a week later for the scratches and we have YET to hear back from Bill about the windshield. With the level of brands they carry at this location and the reputation Budds has made over the years I am actually shocked and appalled that the staff are so ignorant to what luxury customer service is. My husband and I have been buying range rovers for years and will continue to...but definitely not at Budds. The level of service in that location is something I wouldn't even expect at a dollar store.

I got the car from this dealership, so I did service here all the time. Got couple very disappointed experience. 1) first time I did service, I called one day before, to reserve the shuttle back home, and mention to them the exact address. They promise to give me a ride. Then I went to do service the next day, and was told the address is too far, and they can not give me a ride. I have work afterwards, and obviously cannot stay for hours there. But finally, after I got mad, they find the driver, but they said they can only drive me back home, but not pick up. 2) second time I did service there, the next day i found they did no set the car properly, it shows "service required" again, so I assume it might be the car's problem, not theirs. then I went to another dealership to reset. 3) 2 weeks later, "service required" shows again, I was very frustrated about those errors, and went back to Budd's to check it out. When I call to reserve the service, I was told it would only take about 15-20 mins. The next day, when I dropped off the car in the morning, around 11am, they said it will be done at end of day, and will contact me when it's done. Now from 20mins to whole day. But at 6pm,no one contacts me, so I tried to call them and ask. The reception desk told me the technician is not there, I can contact tomorrow. And did not even apologize? I went to store, the reception's attitude is nothing but don't care. I really find the technician department and the reception desk woman, is ruining the reputation of Your dealer. Though I got the car from this location, I don't think I'll go back to any service or repair. But the sales person called Jonathan, is very helpful. And he really thinks for clients. I appreciate for his help, or else my plan will be totally ruined the next day.
