Thanks to Jeff Goss for a recent smooth and pleasant transaction leading me to my first Audi ever!  Will definitely use the dealership for my service as they know the car well and the whole team/service in general appears to be top notch.  Over all great experience!

Great place to buy a used car.  I happened to be in Burlington for work and stopped into the South Burlington Audi dealership to check out a used Q5.  I wound up meeting Jeff Goss, who is such a pleasure to work with.  If I had to describe Jeff, knowledgeable, relaxed, and funny are the words that come to mind.  I stopped in during a blizzard with about 7 inches of snow on the ground - Jeff dug out the Q5 and afforded me a true-to-form test drive.  I came back the next day and Jeff setup a much longer test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the car. 

I learned the dealership has been owned and operated by the same family for 4 generations now.  They treat their customers well and price their cars competitively.  Super thrilled with my Q5 and my experience here.

Great experience working with Bob V in finding and buying our first family car. He found the Q7 we were looking for including all the equipment, safety features, and even the exterior and interior colors we wanted! Bob was great to work with and made communicating back and forth very easy. We were never pressured or rushed and Bob was very accommodating to our schedule. Once we made our decision on the car we wanted, they went out of their way to find the right vehicle as quickly as possible. Very professional team! Our 2 years old now only wants to ride in the “big car” (and she still enjoys the color book and stickers they gave her when we first came to the dealership). Our experience was smooth and easy and I would recommend Bob and the Audi SB team.

Jeff Goss was simply fantastic to work with at Audi. He came highly recommended by a close friend for his knowledge and integrity and fully lived up to that reputation. The whole team was 100% professional and courteous. Thoroughly enjoyable experience!

I want to thank Mike and Steve for once again taking great care of me and my family during the car buying process. I respect the relationship that we have built over the years, and they always treat us very well. We will continue doing business with them because of our positive experience with this great team!
