2014- When we moved to Vermont last year from Virginia, I was concerned that there was no Lexus dealer here to service our old 1997 LX 450. It's got 260,000+ miles on it and our Virginia Lexus dealer had kept it running smoothly. Having taken it to Heritage Toyota twice now, I am sure I've found a home for the old girl. Luckily it's not too much different than a Toyota Land Cruiser, so it is truly in good hands. Thanks, Amber! 2018 - Our old Lexus now has 292,000 miles on it and Katherine is our service advisor now. We have had several repairs done here at Heritage and all have turned out very well. Katherine is really smart and great to work with. With Heritage’s help this thing just might run for another 100,000!

Went in for our 10,000 check and decided to have our summer tires put on instead of just the rotating of tires....no problem very accommodating. Did take a little longer than we expected but glad they were able to do it. Staff is so friendly and willing to help. Waiting room very nice and comfortable. It wasn't always this way....years ago we stopped going here because we had a few really bad experiences....so glad that has totally changed...wonderful to do business with ! Thank you !

I towed a car to this company on 2/21/2018, the car was a lease through them, so they were the responsible party for the tow bill. Instead of receiving a check from them at time of service, they gave me a piece of paper resembling an invoice and said the check would be in the mail and I should receive 2-4 days. It's now 3/8/2018 And the check isn't even on the way. I've called numerous times and have been polite thus far. They are giving me no other choice but to report to both BBB, department of labor and whoever else, my lawyer will have to get involved as well. All because they didn't want to pay an independent contractor for his service. Sad.

Over the years, my family bought at least four vehicles from Heritage Toyota, for good reason. In part, Eleni Floyd, one of their sales people instills a feeling of trust in the quality of their vehicles and the price. She described her motto as wanting to be as straight forward and truthful as she can be to foster positive relationships so people will return in the future. Clearly, her approach is working! She is excellent! Another thing I must mention is that I went into the dealership with three children under the age of seven (Yes, I know I'm crazy!) The staff was awesome and tolerated kids running around the show room, letting loose their balloons, and animated "talking" for several hours. They never showed frustration and tried to accommodate as best they could. It was greatly appreciated!

On Tuesday, I brought my 2010 Prius in for my 10'30am appointment for an oil change and was greeted by Ryan. Around 1 pm he came to get me and to tell me what needed to be done in the upcoming future. He reviewed the paperwork and noticed that only three things had been noted, but not another one that he then researched and alerted for me : the Transmission flush might be needed and the prices varied, depending upon whether or not it was a sealed transmission. I very much appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Also, because it had taken so long to change the oil, they did not charge me!
