Had a great experience this past weekend at shearer. I never felt pressured or played- I felt like they genuinely listened to what we were looking for. We worked with Paul and he was very honest and open with us. We ended up buying a used car, which was actually my dream car! They were also very accommodating to us as we had our two little kids with us. They worked really hard to give us the price we were looking for. Paul also took the time to show me how to use a VW since it was my first one. Looking forward to returning in a few years!

This is the best place in Vermont to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle (Ram 2013 Truck). Nate in finance is GREAT at his job and made sure that he got me the best possible rate for financing options. Kristin was my sales rep and she was such a delight to work with. Matt was the sales manager and he was phenomenal! There were a few little marks on the truck that he was able to get his body guy to fix for me at no additional cost. Go to Shearer to buy your next car!

Fantastic experience buying a new car here!  I worked with Chris O'Connell who was friendly, funny, patient, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable about the models, answered my million-and-one questions, and genuinely interested that the car met my functional needs *and* fun needs.  He didn't pressure me to choose and accommodated four test-drives for each of the two models I was considering. My experience with Shearer VW was awesome.  Kristin was my salesperson and she really took the time to learn who I was as a person and what my needs were for a vehicle.  I had been shopping for a couple months for a new vehicle with mixed results on whether the dealership actually cared what I was looking for or if they just wanted another sale.  By the time the deal was complete, Kristin made me feel like I was talking to an old friend rather than a salesperson.  The whole experience from the initial contact to the details of the final deal was great and I ended up with a deal significantly better than I thought possible.  I would definitely recommend Shearer when looking for a new car.  I will definitely start their when I am in the market for our next vehicle.

The experience of buying a used VW GTI here was very smooth. We worked with Jerry Fisher and Mike James and they were both very knowledgeable. They never made us feel pressured or rushed. We felt like we got a good car for the value. I would highly recommend this dealership.
