A vehicle, even under full warranty is only as good an experience as the dealership is that will service it and support you for it! 

We've been dealing with Goss since the 80s and let me tell you, they are  the most honest and straight forward dealership you will ever deal with.

No pressure, fully trustworthy and the entire staff there is friendly and supportive.

They've bent over backwards to give me the best deal as well as the service department there treating us so well and taking care of issues and concerns each and every time we needed some help.

While Goss has always beat any other dealer on a best trade-in offer and given us every promotional discount they had,   the more important fact is that the respect and appreciation for the customer is alive and well there as it has been for so many years. We always feel so comfortable when there, never is there high pressure or any feeling of mistrust. 

I can not say enough about how great this dealership is and going back again and again to purchase my vehicles from them and refer others to them  ...In fact I am awaiting pricing and arrival on the upcoming 2019 RAM trucks at Goss.

I went in looking for a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited that I saw online that was a great deal.  When I got there Wayne Brown came over and assisted me in finding the vehicle.  We immediately went for a test drive and then over the car history.  He was so friendly and open it was very easy to talk to him and he really made me feel good about doing business with him and Goss Dodge.  The process was faster than I expected.  We check my credit, they check my trade in and with in an hour the paper work was done, all my things transferred and my insurance was in place.  I would definitely go back and do business with them again.  Thank you so much Wayne for all your help and we love our new Jeep!

My husband and I were in the market for an affordable vehicle that was big enough for our expanding family. We also needed to get out of a lease that was not working for us. Vince made the process easy and with the assistance of the team at Goss Dodge we were able to get into a larger, affordable family vehicle in under 24 hours. We would highly recommend working with Goss Dodge and specifucally Vince, who even came in on his day off to ensure the deal went through.

I had a great experience at Goss Dodge. The sales associate who helped me was Wayne Brown. He did an excellent job!  He answered all my questions and once the paperwork was all signed I had to wait for my van to be ready so Wayne kept me company while we waited. Once the van was ready Wayne helped me connect my cell phone to the Bluetooth in the  van. He also showed how to program set my favorite radio stations. Wayne made sure I knew how everything worked in the van before I left the dealership!

I’m not the type of guy to be negative about anyone or anything but GOSS DODGE you were a waste of time. Sitting in a office for nothing.  I was looking at trading my 2015 WRX For a clean 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 big horn. Simple and easy  process which we had come to terms on pricing that I was okay with. Four hours later.... “Sorry we can’t find a bank to take over a loan for you because of your credit score”...
To be completely clear my credit score was 722 as checked when I walked out there doors. I was offering up $6,000++ for a down payment. Complete waste of time. 
To them you are a number, and to be honest I tried to get the most out of my trade and they were  squeezing me dry of profit from my trade. 
They only care about making money.
