I worked with Mike L on my first purchase and couldn't be happier. Right from the start he was so helpful and understanding of my needs. He found a great option for me within a couple days that had everything I wanted. He even gave me a day to think it over and held the car so it wasn't posted as available (which apparently is against their policy). I thought it over and decided I wanted to back out of a certain insurance option they provided that I originally signed for and they asked no questions and quickly turned the revised paper work around. I didn't feel pressured at all, which I was really worried about being my first true car buying experience. I can say with certainty that I will remain a customer and go back for any issues I may have. I highly recommend!

Bought 2 cars here and get regular service. Excellent personnel and care. Lance is a warm and helpful salesperson, really aided our first time car buyer (and second time) car buyer experiences.

Everyone I have spoken with, including service, parts, sales, finance and the GM, were professional, friendly, competent, and quick. I am very pleased, and will soon be purchasing my 5th and 6th Subaru there. I highly recommend Burlington Subaru!

I was driving down Pine Street and one of the bazillion potholes bent something under my car to where it sounded like metal was dragging, but I could not see any obvious displacement (I'm not a mechanic). I took it into Subaru with no appointment and they took it out back and put it on a life right away! The found the problem and bent it back to where it needed to be. They didn't charge me, and they were super fast and friendly!  I love my local Subaru :)

Sales team is fantastic. Wade is a great guy to deal with there! Would highly recommend going to them to buy a Subaru. 5/5 stars for this department.

The Service Department is a different story which is why I gave the 2 star review... They get a 1/5 star rating at this point. I've been in there twice in the last 3 weeks. I initially went there because one of my speakers wasn't working and the stereo system cut out on me once. I decided to wait for the car to be looked at. Took almost 3 hours to diagnose that I had a blown speaker. They had to order the part which came in about a week later. I scheduled another appointment after I got that call and they couldn't get me in for another 2 weeks. Went back for my appointment, added an oil change and once again, another 3 hour wait! It shouldn't take that long to swap out a speaker and do an oil change. They washed my car which looked like they just ran water on it. Cleaned almost nothing off the car. It was just as dirty as when I brought it in.

The people at the front desk in service are very nice so nothing to complain about there but the time you have to wait is insane. Make sure if you wait for your car, you bring a lot to do because you're going to wait. I saw a lot of people come and go who waited for their cars as well while I sat there. This is an area that really needs improvement. They have a huge area for servicing cars and plenty of people working.
