Carter’s Cars has improved SO much! Had a wonderful experience working with Chuck when buying my new 2014 Honda Accord. Every previous customer I saw in the building were all very happy with their purchase and the staff. The car I purchased is going in to be detailed and have a major service done within the next few days (on them!) and fingers crossed it goes well.

This is what you want in a dealership. Over the years I've been involved in the negotiating and purchasing of multiple vehicles for personal and business needs, new and used. I've walked out of bad dealerships and on bad salesman. If you're paying, especially for something important and expensive, then you want the experience to be good all the way through. My experience at Carter's Cars was very good. The sales staff (Chuck, Kevin,  & Tim) were professional, considerate, friendly, diligent, and ready to deal. They worked hard on even the small things. When I went to look under the used car I was there for they immediately offered to put it on the lift for me. That's not only transparency, that's faith in your product or the wherewithal to make things right if problems exist. I bought the vehicle I drove 5 hours round trip twice for and I'm very glad that I did. I'm very glad that this is where I did business. For starters if your looking to buy a car you must come to Carters Car first, they have a wonderful staff. I came all the way from Florida in hopes of a great deal, as promised Kevin and Christie both delivered got me in a nice vehicle well below book value so I definitely got my money's worth. If your flying in from outside like I did they also will pick you up as courtesy and will give you an abundance of options to choose from. There are so many vehicles to choose from, Christie gave me an informative detail of the vehicles I had in mind. She is definitely a team player, she was kind from the moment she picked me up and even kind to show me the cars of my choice. I had Kevin make a remarkable deal he is a great manger and does look to help with peoples situations. They don't force you to buy anything like other dealers and they don't give you hard decisions to make like other places, they are always giving you choices that work best for your budget. Once I bought the my vehicle  I met a gentleman his name I believe was Tim he made the paper work process simple, very kind and helpful. If your looking for a vehicle like I was Give them a try I did and I saved thousands and would definitely come here again in the future. Thanks again to the entire staff of Carters Car for getting me into a wonderful and reliable vehicle. Best dealership I ever been too. ⭐️  ⭐️  ⭐️  ⭐️  ⭐️

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership.  My father was a mechanic, and two of my best friends are mechanics, that said, I recently purchased my first vehicle from this dealer.  Kevin, Chuck, and Tim were incredibly helpful.  I got an excellent interest rate on a used vehicle (3.45%) and they replaced the sway bar links, put on brand new tires, changed the oil, and gave me an undercoat for free.  I bought it recently inspected and registered, and had my friend look over it for me, and he told me they had given me a great car.  I am so pleased, and 100% recommend these people.

My experience was great at Carter's cars. They took my car as a trade-in for more then it was worth just to help my get into the car I needed. They helped me get financed and I was able to drive away with a car that met my needs at a cost I could handle comfortably. They were a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely go back!
