Archer sales team claim they are very transparent, but they are far from it. they send me a final invoice and made me to drive an hour to get to their place, after signing most of the paperwork and getting the car ready they increased the price by $3K at the financing table. it seems they right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. i recommend if you try to buy a vehicle from them do make sure the sales person and fiance person are on the same page. The all are after getting as much as they can from you.   commissions, commissions, & commissions. customers satisfaction is at the bottom of their list.

There a bunch of crooks, took my 2012 Sorento in for a oil change and they said I need 1200 worth of repairs, they told me my oil pan was leaking bad, tires and breaks were shot, and I needed a break flush, the flush is to be expected with replacing breaks, but I knew they were full of it since I just had it in 3 weeks earlier for a recall service. I took my car to a jiffy lube about 2 or 3 months later for a oil change and told them what to look for, they looked and found nothing wrong with my car other than needing a oil change, they showed me my tires were fine, breaks were fine and even took me underneath the bay to see my car from under to show me there is no oil pan leak, never has been, the seal was dry as it should be, no dried oil either, never was anything wrong with my car, they will lie and exaggerate anything to squeeze money out of you. Never going to this place again, that’s just bad for business.

Great staff , easy walk inns with convenient waiting time with water , coffee, and cookies while you wait.  Also Reasonable prices for original dealer. No complaints , every time i am assisted i am more than happy with the service , No disappointments .

I have brought my Sorento in for several standard reasons and I have always felt comfortable to bring my crossover here....(good coffee and cookies)... i do, however, have to do MY part in explaining "What I'm here for " in order for them to know what services my vehicle need as well as my expectations [with-in reason]. After a brief verbal interchange i always feel very confident that my vehicle will continue to perform at peak level.... after all, its not my old muscle car 🚗 back in 1975...... Great job guys!

Watch out for shifty salesmen who like to blow sunshine up your butt to sell you the car, but when it comes time to get something done, what you were told is false.   
Took car in for service.  Service guy was awesome.  Was told I would need to leave my car a few nights to fix.  Sales guy when I bought car said I would get a loaner/courtesy car if things went wrong under bumper to bumper warranty that we're not my fault.  Service guy said that was a lie and he didn't know why I was told that.    
 The car itself is good.  But make sure you ask a TON of questions about everything and only believe about 1/8th of what you are told.
