Just bought a vehicle and the experience here was awesome! Freddie Ramos, our salesman, was amazing! He was very friendly, helpful and professional. Freddie made our purchase very enjoyable and we will definitely do business with him in the future as well as refer our friends and family. Went in on a Sunday afternoon to look for a new Jeep after doing a bunch of online research looking up inventory and prices, as well as what the competitors had. Earnhardt's has the best inventory around, I must say - at least for what I was looking for - and I had never been there before. Right after I pulled in, Mark Odin greeted me with a disarming smile and asked what I was looking for. I was specific, and Mark knew exactly where to find the various vehicles on the huge lot! Mark was polite and patient, and there was no pressure at all. One of his managers assisted with the negotiation, while we watched the Cardinals game in the lounge area. Still no pressure. The only negative: I would like to have gotten more for my trade-in. Long story short, Mark Odin and the Earnhardt team took great care of me through the whole process. Since then, the follow-up has been great, and I feel as if they want me to be a happy long-term customer. If things go as well with the service department (I am particular and kind of needy, but loyal), I will probably be a customer for life.

The staff is friendly, the bathrooms are nice, and they have gone above and beyond to provide the kind of service that you'd think only the wealthy receive. I purchased my van from them and they keep taking care of me regardless if they're not making a sale or making any money on me. This level of respect engenders loyalty. Earnhardt knows good business.

Outstanding experience buying my truck. Chad was awesome and made the whole purchase as easy as it could be. I Will be back when I am ready for another vehicle. Hands down the easiest purchase I have ever made. I have had many problematic experiences at dealerships in the past, but this one was by far not one of them. Thank you Chad! Once again, appreciate the ease of the transaction!

The service department is below par, I have called and written numerous emails with no response. Called parts department to see if they had something for my tires and no call back. I Have had numerous recalls on my car, yet they never fix the initial problem, not fun knowing your car can go into neutral while driving. Will never buy dodge again, or do I take my car to this facility. Customer service is not hard, act like you care about your customers, it is that simple
