Great service. Great staff. I have been renting from this business for a year. They are firm but very fair. They go out of their way to make sure that their cars are maintained and safe. Very affordable prices - with that being said, of course you're not going to get brand new shiny 2017 cars. You get what you pay for - reliable, well maintained, late model vehicles. Personally for me, it's a sweet spot that most big box, corporate rental companies miss.

Great cars for a cheap price! I don't understand what all the fuss is about in regards to customer service. I've always had a good experience when renting a car from here

Worst customer service possible. The car was a wreck and was on E when I picked up. Went to exchange for another car and they told me I couldn't get it and the car I had needed to be serviced. They are crooks ripped me off please make sure you record conversations and possibly a lawyer in when you speak to these people. Horrible experience I'd rather pay an extra 100 dollars to rent from enterprise!! I'm surprised they are still in business.
