I had my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. Rather than wait, I asked if someone there could drive me down the street to the gym (I would’ve walked but the weather was bad). It was no issue for them to take me and pick me up! I was very greatful since I could kill 2 birds with one stone, so to speak. After picking me up, I made an appointment for the next day to have my cabin filter replaced. I went back to receive the service and was again very pleased. I would definitely recommend them for any work to your vehicle. My husband has gone there for bigger services and was pleased as well.

Their services somewhat expensive, but I trust them and the people their are very friendly and comfortable talk to. I give them 4 out of 5 stars.

Update on 12 of January:  I change my star rating from 4 stars to 2 stars. 'Cause the new guy (manager) is rude. All he cares is my money!

I stumbled in this shop for an oil change 2 years ago. They were selling a coupon book for $45 that included four free oil changes. If it weren't for the free oil changes I would have stopped coming to the shop after the first visit! If you don't know much about cars or repairs, the mechanics will try to upsell you EVERY time. I found it cheaper (with miles+gas) to drive to Columbus for a repair they insisted I get from them. They use scare tactics and become bullish and rude the moment you say "no thanks." I heard the mechanic/salesman get into a shouting match with a customer (also was a mechanic) who accused him of overcharging.  Two stars for the free coffee and kind receptionist.

Called for service (car wouldn't start)-needed a tow truck. Waited for 3 hrs 45 min for a tow truck which never came. I called the service person three times. Felt like the service person named Mark was just jerking me around. I called another garage--tow truck came in 1 hr 30 min. Problem diagnosed in 45 min.

This business is the absolute best shop that  I have ever been to in my life! The wow factor has to be experienced  to be believed.  Everyone was kind and welcoming from the initial phone conversation to the delivery of my car. I'd like to send a heart felt thank you to Jerry!  As a woman, sometimes mechanics speak to me as if I can't understand what's going on. He spoke to me kindly and unassuming. He thoroughly explained everything in great detail. Last but not least, he came in to the shop after hours to give me my wallet. He didn't have to but he did. I totally appreciate him because it was on a Friday evening and he was with his family. #Grateful
