I've waited 2.5 hours for a routine oil change. I drive a standard car and made an appointment (that I was promptly on time for) in advance. There has been no one working the front desk consistently, so the only time I've been able to see what was going on is when someone else came in to pick up their vehicle. When I gave my keys, I was told it would be no more than an hour wait. I thought sure, I have a book, a fully charged phone, no big deal. And now I've been here for over twice that amount of time with no hopes of leaving soon.

Clean and fast service. They fit me in at the end of the day and were friendly and professional. They said they couldn't find the transmission dip stick though. It was a new car to me so I didn't know either but I checked later and it was definitely present.

Their computer system doesn't seem capable of saving appointments or the reason for said appointments. Multiple scheduling errors. Nice workers but I'd recommend going somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle.

Borderline criminals. Conrad's tried to falsely claim that my mom's car was horribly out of alignment, and needed major work. It's the bogus alignment sheet scam.  They cut the wheel when the car is on the alignment machine, then claim it's so far out of wack, they can't get a reading, so you need big time repairs.  I called their BS, took the car down the street- and her car did not need an alignment, or any front end work whatsoever. Conrad's lied about my mom's car, then looked at me like I was the idiot because they never called me when her car was ready. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Wasted my entire day by lying to get my business.  I called in the morning and was told the tires I wanted were available and in-stock.  I got to the store they took my keys, confirmed they were in-stock and would only take a couple of hours.  After leaving me waiting for 4 hours they came to me and admitted they didn’t have the wheels in-stock and were expecting them on the first truck, but they didn’t come in until the second truck, so after over 4 hours of deception and leaving me waiting they finally began work on my vehicle.
