Story

We've had the privilege of offering honest, professional repair service to so many people in the community, it's difficult to say just how much each person means to us. During that time, the people we've met & cared for, including their extended families, have truly made us their "home" for vehicle maintenance & repair, and have called on us repeatedly to keep their cars on the road safely.

Ever since we began the process of cleaning, painting, and setting up shop here in Stow back in September of 2010, our focus has always been on what we thought we could contribute to the communities surrounding our facility. The residents of Stow, Hudson, and surrounding communities have overwhelmed our hearts as they've come in eagerly asking for our help.

"The mechanics at Integrity work on your car as if it was their own. Phil went out of his way to track down a part for our car that is NO LONGER manufactured so they could fix it properly!! I first went to their establishment because they are right around the corner from my house, but I will continue to take my vehicles there because they genuinely care about their customers, and they take great pride doing all they can to get those vehicles up and working again. They take time to explain the problem in words I understand (cause I am not a mechanic!) and make sure I agree to all the work.
