We pride ourself on our hassle free service providing FREE loaner vehicles while yours is serviced, FREE towing and a Lifetime Warranty Parts and Labor on All Repairs. We offer a 6 month and 12 month same as cash program for your convenience. We truly take the hassle out of Automotive Repair.

By far the best auto repair facility we have been to.  I appreciate the fact that they counsel me on the repairs, discuss prioritizing certain operations and provide pricing options.  Casey is extremely fair and really good guy.  Free loaners are provided, just make sure to give advanced notice.  The waiting area is clean and comfortable and if you pick your car up in the afternoon, they give you fresh baked cookies!  I am comfortable sending my kids there knowing they won't be taken advantage of.  Finally, they offer financing so you don't get crushed with a major, unexpected expense.  Get the Car Care Club, too.  Definitely a great way to save money!

I will not take my vehicles anywhere else for service. We have trusted the staff at Automotive Specialty Services with our vehicles for 8 years. They give an honest assessment of the work that needs to be done and do not pressure you to make unnecessary repairs. They spend extra time to make sure the owner understands the work needed and offer options for repairs that are explained in layman’s terms. We have taken advantage of their free loaner car many times as my husband and I both drive an hour to work and would otherwise have to take days off work when repairs are needed. They offer a free inspection with oil changes and recently caught that my back brakes were bad and needed to be replaced urgently. I am taking a road trip with my family this Spring, and I know that an inspection from the staff at Automotive Specialty Services will give me the peace of mind that my vehicle will be in good repair to transport my family safely. I cannot recommend  Diane and her team enough! We will be customers for many more years to come.

I travel quite a bit for work and need to trust that my vehicle is well cared for on a regular basis. This facility is very clean and the waiting room is stocked with coffee, water, and tea. The staff is courteous and willing to explain the need for a repair as well as the priority of a recommended repair along with approximate cost. It is helpful that options exist for waiting for an oil change and tire rotation or having the ability to be taken home (Brian is great!) and picked up to retrieve my vehicle when repairs are needed. I have been offered a loaner vehicle as well. It is well noted that the individuals here are socially conscientious. They support many good causes and offer the opportunity for their customers to be a part their donations. Lastly, it is convenient to buy the vehicle discount package that includes oil changes and discounts on some of the services. Thank you for your good work.

I have to admit I have avoiding going here. You know the saying “ something is too good to be true” ...that’s what I thought of Automotive Specialties. I needed an oil change and also had a slow leak in one of my tires. I had a coupon and didn’t need an appointment so I figured I’d try them as they couldn’t be any different than anywhere else. WOW! Was I surprised. The people were super friendly. The front was super clean. They didn’t overwhelm me with a thousand things I should fix because my car was “unsafe”. I paid what I expected to pay without any surprise added fees.   I felt like I was valued as a customer and even more just as a person. And as a bonus, I even got warm cookies as I left. I’m only upset that I didn’t go there sooner.

These guys made my Christmas holiday.  2 days before I was set to drive back to PA, my alternator decided to stop charging the battery.  Diane and team went out of their way to make sure I had a loaner car for my last 2 work days and were able to finish my care by the time I was done with work on the before I drove back.  

I wouldn't have been able to get back safely to celebrate with family without their help and can't thank them enough for taking the time to fit me in and get the car ready in time.

A++ service and quality!
