Today was last day doing business with this Autozone. I do not understand why people want a job that pays but do not want to do the necessary work for the money :). Instead of working go volunteer :). Plenty people in this world that would love to put forth effort to help a business succeed. Over the years I have managed with most of the half effort most people at this store give. Today Wednesday 11/1/17, took the cake. Got there at 7:50 am and door was locked. How in the world do you have hours of operation and a team of more than probably 6 on the payroll and not have the door open at store hours. This is coming from a person that worked retail for years.

Staff is not friendly at alllll. Slow service everybody is busy in their own gossips.last time it took me almost 20 min to get checked out .they need better management.........dont waste your time over here

Lynn helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and was very informative and explained terms that I didn't understand. Very patient and quick service. In and out in under 10 mins.

Store did not have the item I was looking for on the floor and the associates did not bother to see if they had it in back. On another occasion, one of the associates broke my plastic clips when installing a new battery and was reluctant to replace it.
