The other night i received a new iPhone in the mail. I had to pick it up from FedEx so i went into this location to have my prepaid number ported to post paid. Justin & Pam were working and they couldn’t do what needed to be done. It was 7pm they closed at 8pm. They let me use the store phone to call customer service. Due to miscommunication and severa transfers it took exactly 1hr and a 5m to do why needed to be done. Justin & Pam never complained and stayed with me until lit was done. They didn’t rush me out or off the phone. Thank you.

Reiko Daniels at Lithia Springs was the worst representative of Verizon I ever came across. His arrogance, sarcasm and lackadaisical attitude did nothing to resolve the defective phone issue we presented to him which is covered under warranty and his disrespectful engagement and insulting tone knew no boundaries.  His coworkers who had no other customers in the store also sat at their stations idly watching the spectacle of Reiko Daniels berating us because we asked him to be respectful and provide us the valued customer service we deserved when he address so condescendingly. It was intolerable I will never go back there.

 If it had not been for redeeming quality of care fron Jerry in Customer Service on billing issues on Black Friday deal and Tyler Stiles and his coworker Patrick Patel at Austell store.taking care of the defective phone, we were at the precipice of canceling my long-standing relationship with Verizon to go back to ATT.
