I was having transmission issues with my '95 Impala and i wasn't sure what shop to bring it to. I did some searching online and i came across Jim & Sons Transmission. From the very first phone call to picking up my finished car i have nothing but good things to say about Jim & Sons! Tiffany was a BLAST to talk to and kept me well informed over the 2 weeks my car was there! They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in literally a flash. They will even let you pay for your car in payments which is extremely convenient! My car runs band new!! This is the ONLY transmission shop i will use in the future! 5/5 A++

Had some issues with the front end of my 4x4 truck.  The entire staff there is incredibly helpful and courteous, EXCELLENT customer service!  They took the time to do the job right, and taught me a few things about the mechanics of it all.  Thanks!

I had the clutch and slave cylinder replaced in my Mazda B3000 truck.  Before giving this review I waited 6 months to determine if my problem was really solved.  Before I got stuck at a light b/c I couldn't engage into any gear.  Now I'm engaging into gear better than ever and I've noticed added power behind the pedal!  I'd recommend this place over any other Auto Shop...especially if your problem involves the transmission!
