This NTB store in Stow on Hudson Dr. is one of the best NTB locations I've ever dealt with.  They recognize you, always greet you with a smile, but more importantly provide excellent customer service.  I never feel like I am getting the run-around or that they are just trying to upsell me on services or other things I don't need.  These guys are great.  All of them.

Woke up to a flat tire, and after my usual repair spots were booked up, I tried NTB.  They were able to fit me in, diagnose the problem AND fix the problem according to my schedule.  Price was similar to other local shops, and the crew worked fast and was very friendly.  Will definitely think of NTB next time I've got car troubles.

Due to arthritis, I can not work the air machines at gas stations. A very nice tech checked and filled all my tires for me on a bitter cold day. Thank you for your excellent service and help.
