Avis/Budget has horrible service! They charge you for a whole extra day if you drop the vehicle off a hour later than scheduled! Then $9 a gallon if the tank isn’t refilled! They are a joke at best. Word to the wise, don’t trust a company that only has 1 employee. That in itself is suspect

Worst possible customer service and total lack of integrity! First, they call less than 24hrs before my confirmed rental (after making a reservation a full MONTH in advance) saying they won't have any cars for me and won't even bother to help locate an alternative. Told to call 1-800 number instead. Refused to give Manager's phone number even or have him call me back instead. Actually said these words "it's not our problem" before hanging up the phone. Don't ever rent from this location if you actually expect a car to be there for you when you made a reservation. Totally ruined our vacation and anniversary!
