Worst customer service ever!!! I strongly advise against anyone against this company!!!

I wish I could put zero stars.  Called to get a price on a early morning pick-up.  Worst customer service ever. Rude.  I’ll make sure to spread the word.  Once Uber comes to town, your done!

Terrible customer service. Tried booking for wedding and it took weeks for them to get us a contract after sending a deposit. Never communicated whether we had it booked or not. So we looked else where and asked for deposit back. Never signed contract or anything. The day after asking for deposit back they cashed check. When asking for reimbusment Russ said see you in small claims and hung up.

If there were no stars , that would be my rating. I am going to put an add in the paper for someone to start UBER. 

Do not count on these guys or you will be stranded.
