The guys who run this Budget location are friendly, flexible, and super accommodating. Situated next to the Metro-North and Amtrak train station, the location couldn't be more convenient. We are very lucky to have them in the neighborhood!

Both guys working there are extremely accommodating and honest. I had an issue with the ez pass so they swapped me a new car upgrade auto charge. Also discounted the cost of a car wash after I returned the car fresh from the car wash. Definitely would rent here again. All cars are brand new.

Worst possible customer service and total lack of integrity! First, they call less than 24hrs before my confirmed rental (after making a reservation a full MONTH in advance) saying they won't have any cars for me and won't even bother to help locate an alternative. Told to call 1-800 number instead. Refused to give Manager's phone number even or have him call me back instead. Actually said these words "it's not our problem" before hanging up the phone. Don't ever rent from this location if you actually expect a car to be there for you when you made a reservation. Totally ruined our vacation and anniversary!

The customer service is the best.  Cars are clean and nice.  The staff really works with you.  Service is 2nd to none.  This is the place to rent from.
