Courteous staff. Expensive for what I need. Up & down 6 front stairs in a wheelchair was $75.00!  I thought it would be less than the round trip cost to Dr, but they charged me the same

One of their drivers, a stocky african american man with glasses (about 50ish) was staring at me excessively (Yonkers/Odell Plaza). Was this a gay thing? I said something to him and we got into an argument. I asked him why he was acting tough when he was out working. He was rude to me for no reason so I ended up cursing at him. I know he was angry because he drove past me later and gave me the finger. Should your drivers be out on company time in company vehicles, antagonizing people?

Courteous drives who are professional and arrive one time for pickup and gets to the appointments early. I have use them for over 4 years now and never had an issue and recommended them to my friends and family.
