I have found the AVIS/BUDGET facility at the ROCKFORD airport to be consistently one of the best rental car experiences I ever have.  The service counter personnel are very courteous and always provide a vehicle which meets or exceeds expectations.  I have had several rentals with the ROCKFORD AVIS/BUDGET facility where I have required a specific type/class of vehicle for my needs and this facility has always been able to provide me with a more than satisfactory rental.  The vehicles are always clean and serviced when I rent from this facility.  Kudos; all car rental experiences should be this good.

I was unable to find parking for my car within 5 -10 min:from the car rental office at the Rockford Ill: airport.It was a 15mn,walk in a heavy rainstorm.There was no driver in the shuttle bus,it was not running?There was no information  to view for instructions.The advice given per budget sales clerk was "There is a shuttle bus out side",he was right,there was.Also,I would have found it more helpfull if the contract showed a day with the date and fresh ink in the copy machine.Unfortunatly I was confused with the return days date,it cost me more mnoney than I expected.
