Im appalled at the customer service I received through this company. The man refused to give me a car. He said my license was not valid. When I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager. I called enterprise and hertz and both places said my license was completely valid and there are no policies against a license that is not expired (my license is NOT expired) I asked if I could call around on my phone to find another rental place and he told me I could not stay there and make phone calls. There was a rental car place just across the street. I asked if I could keep my car parked (he had at least 3 spaces open and NO other customers) while I walked over to find another car. He said no. I was calm, respectful, and collected until the end of our interaction. I have been working in the customer service industry and I understand company policies, but this was not a company policy. I called other Budget and Avis locations and every one would have honored my license. I decided to go with Hertz on Victory Blvd in Burkank because they had the best deal with an upgrade for my trouble!

This location always has my reservation and they are very efficient. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you bring your own car, they have a secure parking lot that they will let you park in when you rent one of there cars.

Absolutely STELLAR experience at this location. I have rented a ton of cars from multiple companies and without a doubt this was the best experience. Not only is the Avis experience much more streamlined than other places but this location in particular is spectacular. The level of customer service I received was next level. So fast; everything explained up front. VERY NICE staff. Just fantastic. Without a doubt, the best! I will be renting from them again for sure. I imagine that the prices vary but the rate I got was also fantastic. Wait time was non-existent. I only say this because The day before I rented from Avis, I rented from the H company at their airport location and LITERALLY waited 2 hours for a car. -- Anywho, check this location out. They are great.

Excellent experience from this rental car location. The staff member was very helpful even taking the car to have a tyre inflated which was a bit low. He also cleaned the windows just prior to us leaving the lot. Car was all we required for two days in LA (Hyundai Accent) however for a longer period of time a bigger car would be required. Can feel a bit intimidating on the interstates in a little car. Returning the car was even better. Depot was open early and the staff member quickly checked the vehicle and I was on my way after a quick handshake and thank you. Thanks Avis.

I will never ever rent from this location again. I have been a consistent corporate customer and until today never had an issue with Ali or the manager. Today upon returning, I filled my gas to almost 3/4 full which is what the contract indicated. I was in a hurry and was off by one gallon of where the level should have been. Ali suggested that I go back to the gas station to fill one more gallon in the tank which I told him I simply didn't have time to do. Instead of extending good customer service he and the manager charged me $19 for the gallon (company policy). Now I understand that I made a mistake, but I've also been in customer service my entire career and when a frequent customer makes a mistake, I cut them some slack. Instead I was told by the manager, "oh, you're going to be like that" when I asked if they could help me out. It's not even about the money as my company will reimburse me, but the principle of how this team treats their customers. I have bent over backwards for clients and customers and know the right way to treat someone. This location is a great example of two people who don't understand the first thing about customer service. Thank you for making the decision to change local rental companies an easy one- I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
