This enterprise is Horrible! Manager from the enterprise is not professional at all. Didn’t receive contract. My brother never did a walk through to inspect the car. The car was pick up from a collision. All kinds scratches / dents in the car. They added insurance on the car after my brother said he had his own insurance. I hate to see or hear what kind of mess they going to tried to pull when he brings the car back. Considering we didn’t see know contract and there was know walk through

Went here 2x within short time frame. Staff was helpful. I went out of my way to go to this location because I like building professional relationships. Car was great.

My grievance: they didnt allow me to return the car 5 hours later than the time due. Car was due back in the morning, I was late for work and physically drained. I called them and overtly asked for sympathy, seeing if I can extend the rental by 5 hours. Whomever I spoke to (who did not sound like anyone I worked with before) stated that I "can't expect to drive around town" and not to pay extra. I informed him that the car would be parked and idle the whole time, and it'd be returned with half tank of gas as well. He said it'd actually be better if I returned it with no gas. So of course this upset me.

Conclusion: I returned the car to another location. I learned that I don't have a bidirectional professional relationship here, so I most likely won't be coming back.

Fantastic service! I have used this location, Van Nuys Sepulveda Blvd., for over a year and am completely satisfied! Go Team! prompt, friendly and great cars. I highly recommend them.

Dirty window. They didn't wash the inside of the window. Which is very annoying. Especially on a rental.
Driving long distance at night.
When I brought the truck back. They gave me $8 off on a $170. Bill and told me 'you fell better'.
Yes I feel good enough to rent from someone else. By. By. Enterprise.

I love this location! The staff is fun, friendly and upbeat. I never have to wait long and they always make sure you are properly taken care of. I would drive out of my way to use this location if it wasn't close to it.
