I had to wait for a car for at least 20 minutes so that they could "clean it."  There were plenty of cars that were already clean that they could have given me, but they preferred to make me wait.  Then the car they gave me had less then half a tank of gas, even though I had paid extra to have a full tank that I would then empty.

Awful - came in the day before and spoke to a manager to reserve a car for the next day. I showed up the next day at the agreed upon time only to be told that there are no cars available, and they wouldn't even call the manager who i spoke with to sort things outs.

Five hours late on the loan, threats, registration registration not up to date (10 months late!) ... Do not go!

You know if I can give them zero I would have.  After having problems with booking, which wasn't their fault, i get there and they don't a car for me. So i come back the next day to get my car but they still charged me for the day that i didn't have it. I guess they did what they could in house but hertz in general is horrible so i will never do them again. The company itself won't work with customers
