This location is awesome! I just moved down the block and rent cars quiet often. Their pickup driver got confused and went to the wrong address- and as a courtesy they payed for my Uber ! Steph, the manager is very nice and knows her team really well. I am happy this location is staffed with competent people that way I can use them whenever in need.

PREVIOUSLY:
After presuming that I had finished the check out process, the "gentleman" directed me to my car and then decided it was time to pull out his iPad and let me know I needed to pay DOUBLE the rental price for insurance. I asked him if it was required, and he said "no but...", so I said "OK fine", then he said he needed to check with his manager, which apparently means "go help another customer" since that's what he proceeded to do. 

After waiting there in awe of this blatant disrespect of my time, I mustered my valuable energy to go inside and speak to the manager myself. The supposed manager began explained to me that I did need to have their insurance, so I asked "so it is required?". He proceeded to dodge the question and told me that if I didn't purchase the "insurance" I would have to take a minivan instead of the truck I had already reserved. At this point I was late for work...

"Okay, I'll get the 'insurance'"

After returning the rental, I made a few calls. 

Below is a screenshot of THEIR website revealing that it is indeed NOT required and the price I paid for their incompetence.

Was picked up at a very busy location, no questions asked. Once we got to the rental place it took maybe 10 mins to get into our rental and back on the road! We were comped for gas due to the car being a tad dirty, but it worked out perfectly for us! Kevin was awesome!

Just returned my rental at the Studio City location, staff was friendly, inviting, helpful, and prompt. They happily gave me a ride back to the nearby hotel!
