I reserved the rental through AAA ahead of time and picked up the car at Hertz in Van Nuys.  This was ft first time renting a car.  Rich was very helpful when I picked up the car and upon returning everyone who assisted me with the return were very helpful.  I will use this service again!  

This Nissan Rogue was very comfortable for our road trip!

This is long over due , we got a rental on 29th , 
Customer service was great , fast , easy and we were out of there in no time , 

Highly recommended!!!!

Every time I come in town I always rent from here! Never had issues had few times get upgraded for free.. been a golds member for years so I'm always taken care of. They are packed and sold out fast on holidays so book early. Pickups are easy and never had issues staff has always been nice my experience has been always great!

Irish is a car from these people the damn thing broke down that night I couldn't get it replaced till the next Monday so I paid for a car I couldn't use and then when I brought it to them after I jump started it they actually like I was the burden is that really worth it to go there and spend your money I'd rather walk or take the bus
