I have rented a car a few time from different companies. This office on sherman way is the best. The staff is very friendly and professional. They all go out of their way to make sure my experience is great. I enjoy the fast and easy process at this office. Andy is one if the nicest and most professional person that i have meet in all of the offices. Andy represents what true customer satisfaction means. I appreciate everyhing that andy does to make my experience enjoyable.

Worst place ever!!! Had booked a car and got a confirmation, went all the way to the place, had to wait a long time and then they don't have the car. They could offer me another at 3 times the price - what a scam!

Helpful, Polite Staff. However, Debit Card policy of not accepting my employer pay card with my name and proper funds is a stupid policy and a waste of my time.

Great customer service I received from the staff in Sherman way, I got a great car, fast service, very friendly staff and was in and out of there in a flash. Would definitely rent there again.
