The staff at the local office is really great - kind and friendly. However, my experience with Avis as a company was terrible. They gave me two very dirty cars (from multiple locations) and would not refund me my money because I had selected the ‘pre pay’ option online. 

Again, the local staff is great, but Avis is terrible. They’re overpriced and don’t put the customer’s experience first. Use Enterprise instead.

I would have to say some of the best customer service I've encountered when dealing with rental cars. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Also very military friendly. Works with you to help you out I will definitely recommend. Definitely 5 stars, I don't think I will he going to any other car rental place as long as they're around
