I have to say that the friendly first person , i met, A man, was cheery and accommodating. A rare customer service experience. the women he assigned to drive me home, was also very kind ,and upbeat. Maybe its the  Laguna Beach vibe, but this team makes you want to only rent from Enterprise and especially Laguna Beach in the canyon. Thanks, all. Efficient, and lovely. ?PS. very frustrating that there is a very tiny sign on the street to return my car. I picked up my car in north hollywood and that women was very lovely. going out of her way on many questions as i had a different drop off. Enterprise ,is professional and also goes out of their way with excellent customer service. FIX THE SIGN in LAGUNA CANYON  ,you cannot find the drop off, but its tiny sign under COLLISION sign regarding another business. My only negative comment that is simple to fix. Thanks , i will be back!

Despite the other reviews here. I have to say the customer service I received was beyond excellent. I was stuck in traffic coming down from LAX on Friday and was aware they closed at 5pm. Matt kept the place open for me until I arrived at 5.35 and was courteous and helpful. Top notch

Reggie  at the Laguna  Beach  locatiin was a top notch professional !  Kind , patient and efficient !  We'll definitely  be renting from enterprise  again.

I was in Laguna Beach. I had an issue with the car one of my family members had loaned me. So, I went to the Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach location. They were not able to say if my relatives car would be towed if I left it there until my relative could make it to their location. I went on to tell him that I needed a car and he said I don't have any cars available today, see ya. I was astounded. He didn't offer to call another Enterprise and see if they had one available. He just looked at me like "why are you still standing here taking up my air.

Poor customer service. The man at the counter was rude and not helpful at all. My car was going on the fritz and I needed to rent one for the weekend to get me through. First I explained that my sister was coming to pick up her car and would I be able to leave it there until she could make it out. He said that it would probably be towed. I set that apart and asked him what choices did I have for a car to rent? He asks, "When do you need it?" I said "well, I need it now since this car is about to die". He then tells me that he has nothing available and wouldn't until Monday. (4 days later) He then looks at me like why are you still here taking up my air.

He didn't offer to call another Enterprise Car Rental. Nothing! Just see ya!
