Not a very good place to rent. I called last week to confirm my appointment and put me on hold for 10 minutes. Today, I went to pickup a car and they already saw that my insurance requested a mid-size car and they still wants me to call my insurance. What is that? Other places that I rented would even give you an upgrade right away if they have on the lot.

Outstanding experience with a VW Jetta driven from S. Orange County to San Jose and back. Drove Interstate 5 all the way, typical I5 traffic speed 75+, including over the Grapevine grade. Fuel economy was over 40 MPG going up and 39 MPG coming back, including 2 hours stop & go traffic through LA. Incredible performance for 1.4L turbo gas engine, very crisp handling, supremely comfortable ride. Very quick Gold Card pick up and drop off, as well as transportation back to my residence. I have rented from this location scores of times over the last 10 years, and have never had anything other than a positive experience.
