I had an issue with the rental I returned at 5:30pm and Bassem Asmar the Agency Operator was unwilling to help me in anyway. I guess it must have been too close to closing time. The fact that we had to evacuate Ventura County and where dealing with a sick dog was no never mind to him. He send me away with “you need to call...”. Didn’t even offer to get me the number or show me where I can get it.

Terrible experience... I will never use Avis anymore. I usually use Enterprise. However I tried this one because of lower prices. Biggest mistake ever. I would rather pay a little bit more and have a good experience then deal with a cheap rip off company. That is only out to screw people over. Not a good experience at all. I've never once had a bad experience with Enterprise. This guy that works at this place is a liar and not friendly at all. Very frustrating as a mom with two kids.. Never will use them again.

This place wants to run your credit, even if you're using your visa debit card with more than enough $ in your account. Not cool!

I've rented from this location many times over the last 5 years. I've always received a great rate for the car (and yes, I've double checked other companies). The staff is friendly and has always taken good care of us. Even if we had an issue they took care of the problem to our satisfaction.
