Usually a great experience at this location but my most recent visit was disturbing. The associate (Taylor) who was sent to pick me up reeked of marijuana and was clearly high as when he called to tell me he was at my location he started the call “hi Taylor, this is Candice with enterprise”.... I’m Candice!!!! When I got to the location the first vehicle they wanted me to rent had expired license plates. The one I went with was dirty but at least legal to drive. When I dropped off the car there were several associates there and it took five minutes for my presence to even be acknowledged. You can do and have done better enterprise. I would love to see you get back to your roots.

Friendly and professional service.  Considered and fair. Got my car fast and clean. Took care of some issues without any hesitation and with positive attitude. Thank you. Great experience.

When I picked up the car, it was absolutely filthy inside. All the cup holders had residue of coffee / hot chocolate or whatever was in there and the back seat door was covered with old milk. I looked at the rep in disgust and asked it he was seriously going to give me this car. He reluctantly offered to have the inside cleaned. 15 minutes later the car was ready and he then proceeded to say, "we were sure you didn't want to wait for the outside to be cleaned as well". So they gave us an un-washed car. 
I've usually had no issues at Enterprise but this was the worst rental car experience I have had.

I am a long term renter and have for the most part been very satisfied with service at Camino Capristano, Laguna Niguel.  This location is the corporate office  and there is a huge turnover, but once they are familiar with me....they get it!!!  Thank you for your great service..
