Being a 10 min walk from home. I rent from this location most of the time. Their prices  are competitive. I wish sometimes they would match the price of the one on rockfield. Customer service is always excellent. Smooth and quick check in and check out process. I've been fortunate in all occasions but once to have a near zero wait time. But it can get really busy sometimes.

the biggest complaint is I asked the associate about how to pay for the toll roads we used, I have an account so I can add it or charge the card the rental was on. He said that they could do it but there was a $3 service charge. a month later we received the bill for for much more not only for the toll roads but for using the express lane as well. The associates should be better informed about policy and fees.

The service was good and staff was very friendly. The car on the otherhand was scuffed up on the outside and interior was disgusting. Stains on the seats and grease marks on the door handles.
