I have been renting cars from this location for ever. This time around it was a not a good experience! Even though I had a reservation, they only had 1 intermediate car available. Ford Focus!!😡😜😜😜 The manager Jason told me it would take 30/40 mins to get another vehicle. Been here close to an hour and nothing. When I told the manager Jason, I will not return to that location again, he said o.k that's fine! Didn't phase him one bit! He was finally able to get me an acceptable car. So much for a reservation!!

Wasn't informed about Toll roads when picking up car. (no toll roads where I live in Australia). So was sent fastest way by Google Maps. Now I think I have fines to pay. Bummer. The pick up and Return Of the car was made simple and pleasant by the team at Enterprise. Laguna Hills.  ☆Happy☆

I am very pleased with my rental experience at the Laguna hills Enterprise location. The price was fair, the vehicle was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will make sure to return to them for my future rental needs.

Best rental car experience ever. I needed a car for a driver's test at the DMV across the street. Everything was taken care of quickly and with care. Would give 5 stars but car was not cleaned before I got there. It did not matter to me because I only needed it for the test. But staff is extremely helpful. Highly recommend this location. You can also park your car in the parking lot over night if needed.
