Booked a car reservation online a week ago for pickup @ 6PM on a weekday. No communication throughout the week with any problems with the reservation. Show up at the place @6PM on the reservation date with the store already closed. 

If the pickup time is too close to business close, why allow me to reserve pick up then? Why was there no communication to schedule an alternative time for pick up? 

Worst.

First off when I picked up the rental  open up the middle console there was weed residue right in the middle of the tray. Went and showed the lady she left.I was Renting a car had it for about a month .Went back in to extend my rental Because my truck is in the shop from the flood .When I went back in I turn the car in they ran the exact same card they ran 4 weeks earlier and it did not go through .I'm 30 minutes away from my house my child's in school they didn't even offered to give me a ride home they said it was too . I do not recommend this place renter beware too many other good rentals nearby .You've been warned ! So if you don't clean your vehicle after you drop your car off they will tag you with $150 to $70 fee for cleaning without telling you. Would not recommend this place at all disgusted with this place can't believe they would leave a customer to sitting out front with no ride home having to pick their kid up from school in about an hour. Imagine if you in that situation. My gosh they weren't even nice enough to give me a ride home that way my daughter can be picked up from school. That's crazy it's hard being a single dad I didn't need this I definitely could use the help.

I have rented cars from here on multiple occasions and have not had any of the problems other reviewers had. The staff are very friendly and the cars are clean and drive great. One time I went, the car I had reserved was dirty and I was upgraded to a small SUV at no charge as an apology. I've recommended anyone who needs a rental car to go here and they have also had great experiences.

I rented at least 3 times from this location over the past 12 months and never had any issues the other reviews are describing.
