There's an Enterprise closer to my house however I love the Pecan Street Pflugerville location! We rent cars from here all the time and never once had a bad experience. They're professional, accommodating and have GREAT customer service with a smile. We've tried other car rental companies for comparison but hands down we love Enterprise. Keep up the good work. Y'all are awesome!!�

My experience was awesome at this location. Not only did I receive great customer service, I also was in luck for a better car as well than I originally booked. I would definitely recommend and come back

Dexter & his team always get me taken care of. Whether I need a quick rental or something  for my family vacation,  they always go above & beyond to ensure that my needs are met. I rented a vehicle back in January for a weekend getaway & everything that could go wrong, did!!! Valet lost the key (good thing I had 2 & kept them separate), when I woke up the next morning to return the car, I had a flat ( thanks to Texas construction). I went in to discuss the issues, terrified at what the cost would be. Dexter listened to my issues, assured me that he'd seen worst & everything would be taken care of. Once everything was sorted out, I was only charged an additional $5 for gas match. I was so thankful because I thought it would be so much more. I will always choose them for my rental car needs!!

It was simple and easy to rent the vehicle. The vehicle was in good shape. The customer was great as well. I didn't have any issues with them.

The sale staff (completely new crew) was friendly  and the place was clean. However I had to wait for about 20 minutes before I was taken out to do an inspection on the rental car that I received; they were not busy. In fact the only other customers there were waiting on rides. So I don't know why I had to wait; it's not like they were cleaning the car (inside clean but outside dirty - bugs on the grill). Anyway when I drove up I noticed the car that I received being parked out front; I even made a comment to my daughter that I hope that was not the car that I was getting. Surprise it was (Ford Focus). The car had some minor damage on the front passenger side above the wheel; once I starting driving, I was a bit concerned because the car was pulling (quite a bit) to the right. Maybe it was from the damage, not sure. I didn't go back and ask for a different car because I was already behind schedule, I said a prayer and kept going. Next time, regardless of my timeline, I will go back and ask for a different car. I did inform the staff upon returning the car of my concerns. I will rent from Enterprise again, I have been using them for years. This is the first time that I have ever had a concern about the safety of the car.
