The guys were so friendly! Service was quick and acoomodating. Better location than the one up the street in Pearland. That staff almost made me stop renting from Enterprise. This location is WAAAY better!

I want to say that the service was excellent!!! I have to give it one star, because the gentleman name Carter was very helpful about trying to make sure that I did not leave unhappy with renting a vehicle. I brought the car in mint condition, washed it and vacuumed the inside. I made it look better than when I received it. But when I came back to say thank you to Carter for going out his way to satisfy me as a customer. He had been removed from working there. I’m a customer who appreciate a person who puts the customer first. Now I won’t recommend this location, and will drive the distance to give my money. I believe they were not in favor of what he did for me or others, so they got rid of him. What a SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible rental service. I booked a minivan weeks in advance, plus called this location two days ahead to confirm it. A guy named Ed said they are going to have it ready for me, if they dont there will be something similar at least. On the pick up morning at the counter they told me they were sold out, and said they tried to call me yesterday but i did not pick up (i have not received a single missed call, i showed my call logs to the guy, he didn’t care). They ended up told me to go without my booked minivan. I have no words to describe my disappointment and frustration. 
Thank you for ruining my carefully planned  spring break trips. Bring your business somewhere else, they treat thier customer horribly and dont honor their rersevations.

First off I have to say that I am a long time enterprise renter. I love the Hermosa Beach location, Sa Donna and her team are the absolute best - and actually have one of their cars in my garage in California as I type this in Texas.  I called and made a reservation to grab a mid sized car to drive from Houston to San Antonio. I somehow got 4 different confirmation emails all for a full size. I get to the pick up location and they only have SUVs. They have cars but one is being cleaned and another is getting an oil change . They tell me I can wait and have the one getting the oil change. When they pull it up it's empty on gas and they give me the option of waiting for them to fill it up or me taking it and doing it myself. Since I had already been waiting for a while I decided to take it myself. I went around the block and the brakes squeaked so I went back to switch it out. They gave me one with more options and I took off to San Antonio. 

Upon returning my car, I called to ensure that I could get a ride home once I dropped my car the girl that answered said yes. I went to the grocery store and to the nearest enterprise. When I went in, the girl told me that I needed to go to the airport location cause that's where my car was to be returned and she gave me a piece of paper with the airport address and directions and went as directed. I got there and they told me they don't do drop offs so i was stuck at the location with all my groceries. When I asked about how this happened and they looked up the address I was going to, they confirmed that she did me wrong and that that location was only 6 minutes from my house and that she could have taken the car and gotten me a ride with no problem . I ended up having to get a ride from the airport . This is the worst experience I have ever had with enterprise. I am so disappointed. Not only was it not worth the extra 100 I had to pay  for insurances and extras and fees . It was a great dissappointment to the level of service I expect from Enterprise .
