I made a reservation days in advance, I called the day before my reservation 4 times to ensure they have a vehicle and no one would answer the phone. They decided to call me one hour before I'm to pick up the car that they have no vehicles in stock for me to rent that would meet my needs. I rented from another location previously and they had the courtesy to let me know immediately that they didn't have a car and they tried to find me one. I'll never work with this location again as they have ruined my plans for my visiting family.

The rep was very professional and attentive. The only complaint was that the fuel tank had less than a 1/4 of a tank and I was pretty much forced to upgrade.

Service was kinda slow.  Reserved a car online.  Not too picky on which car.  Whatever they have on the lot at a fair price.  But They can speed up the process a bit.

Reserved a mini van months before I needed the vehicle.  I arrived to pick up the mini van and was told that there was no vehicle for us.  They decided to cancel all reservations and only supply vehicles to insurance claims (they pay more of course).  No one contacted me about this change so it was a total surprise.  They said that they tried to call but the number was wrong.  I showed them the confirmation email with my correct phone number and information but they could care less.  I understand we had a hurricane here and people need vehicles but so does my family.  The main reason we lost our reservation is because insurance companies pay more than the public rate. They did not care at all about how this affects my family.  We had everything planned out and are left scrambling to find a vehicle, which of course is impossible now.   Thanks enterprise way to leave us stranded. I will never do business with you again.
